MuTu®System is the definitive, medically endorsed Mummy Tummy Workout System, created by postpartum fitness expert, Wendy Powell. A proven, tried + tested solution for ‘mummy tummy’, diastasis recti, pelvic floor weakness + a core that isn’t as functional or strong as you’d like it to be.

As a MuTu Pro™ Certified Trainer, I will guide you through the exercises that are vital for re-building your core. We’ll work together to ensure you’re truly benefiting from your workouts. I’ll teach you about alignment, modify your exercises based on your needs, keep you motivated + most importantly, help you to identify the exercises that are making your core weaker.

Alongside our sessions, it will be extremely beneficial for you to have your own copy of the MuTu System Program so you can continue to work on your recovery at home, including any adaptations I may prescribe for you.

Individual [one-to-one] classes. 

  • initial assessment $75
    • learn about diastasis recti, proper alignment, breathing techniques, nutrition. Create a personalized plan and goals created specifically for your emotional and physical wants and needs. Q&A session.
  • 6 week package $450
    • Meet once a week for 60 minutes. Guidance on proper form and function of new exercises each week. Accountability checklist to stay on track with exercises and goals to keep your progress strong.
  • 12 week package $780
    • Save $10 each session.
    • Meet once a week for 60 minutes. Guidance on proper form and function of new exercises each week. Accountability checklist to stay on track with exercises and goals to keep your progress strong.

Group Classes 

Group classes are now offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays following our Mama Movement at 10:30am.
